Hello, I am Valentina! Welcome to How Tasty!
I am an Italian girl in love with baking and cooking. I’ve been raised in a cooking family, baking since I was a little girl and learning from my mom and my professional chef grandma.
I created the Youtube channel How Tasty in 2017 to share with you my passion.
You don’t need to be a professional cook to follow all my recipes thanks to the video tutorials and the tips & hints you can find here.
Let’s cook!
Don’t lose any recipe!
Tips:
The kcal of this recipe could vary depending on which type of milk you use. You can use any kind of classsic milk (full fat, low fat…), vegetable milk (coconut, almond, rice, soy…) and if you’re looking for a low kcal recipe, you can use water instead!
These recipes are customizable according to your taste. You can use your favourite mix seeds or skip seeds; you can add nuts, cocoa powder instead of coffee; you can use your favourite sweetener instead of honey like stevia or maple syrup and, in the cheesecake overnight oats, you can only use greek yogurt instead of adding 30g of cream cheese.
I layered the ingredients to make these overnight oats look cute, but you can also mix all the ingrgredients together the night before, then let it rest in refrigerator overnight and enjoying your breakfast in the morning.
