1 MINUTE, ONE BROWNIE - SINGLE SERVE RECIPE
Let's make this instant fudgy chewy chocolate Brownie in 1 minute to satisfy your sudden cravings!Eggless and made in only 1 minute in microwave, this is the best irresistible easy recipe you can make when you have no time but you are craving for a chocolate treat.It's absolutely irresistible served warm directly in the mug and simply amazing with an ice cream scoop (or whipped cream) on top!
Ingredients
- 14 g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter chilled
- 21 g dark chocolate good quality
- 21 g (5+1/2 tsp) brown sugar
- 14 g (1 tbsp) hot water
- 30 g (3+1/2 tbsp) all purpose flour
- 4 g (1 tsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Chop chocolate very finely and place it in a medium size bowl with butter and brown sugar.
- Melt in microwave for 30 seconds (800 W microwave), then stop, mix and cook for extra 15 seconds or until the chocolate is completely melted. You can also melt in bain marie.
- Mix well until combined, add water and mix until well combined.
- Add cocoa, flour, salt and gently fold with a spatula until well combined. You can also add some chocolate chip or dark chocolate chunks (optional).
- Transfer into a mug or a ramekin and cook in microwave at 800 W for 60 seconds. Check if the top is dry is ready. If the top is wet, cook for extra 5-10 seconds. Do NOT overcook or it will turn out dry! Better if it's slightly undercook, it will cook completely when it cools down.Consider that every microwave is different: If you have a microwave with higher/lower wattage, you have to reduce/increase the cooking time for few seconds.
- Cool down for few minutes because it's very hot! You can eat it warm or completely cooled down.
