EGGLESS NUTELLA BROWNIES
Ingredients
- 400 g (1+1/3 cup) Nutella
- 165 g (2/3 cup) unsweetened condensed milk also known as evaporated milk
- 65 g (1/2 cup) all purpose flour
- 20 g (3 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1/4+1/8 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix Nutella and unsweetened condensed milk (evaporated milk) with a whisk until well combined and smooth.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Gently fold with a spatula until well combined: do not overmix.
- Place the batter into a greased and lined 20x20cm-8x8inch cake pan and spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated fan oven at 175°C-345°F for 20 minutes. Be careful to not overbake: a toothpick comes out dirty with moist crumbs and not clean or completely dry.
- Slightly cool down for few minutes in the pan, then cool down completely on a wire rack.
- Cut in 9 pieces when completely cooled down.

Hello, I am Valentina! Welcome to How Tasty!
I am an Italian girl in love with baking and cooking. I’ve been raised in a cooking family, baking since I was a little girl and learning from my mom and my professional chef grandma.
I created the Youtube channel How Tasty in 2017 to share with you my passion.
You don’t need to be a professional cook to follow all my recipes thanks to the video tutorials and the tips & hints you can find here.
Let’s cook!
Tips FOR PERFECT NUTELLA BROWNIES:

Slightly warm the Nutella:
Microwave it for 10–20 seconds just until it becomes a bit runny—this makes mixing easier and ensures a smooth batter.

Use unsweetened condensed milk or evaporated milk:
they usually are the same thing, but make sure it’s not sweetened—this recipe already has enough sweetness from the Nutella.

Don’t skip the sifting:
Sifting the dry ingredients helps avoid lumps and ensures a smooth, even batter.

Do not overmix:
Gently fold the dry ingredients in until just combined. Overmixing can make the brownies tough.

Watch the baking time carefully:
These brownies are meant to be fudgy! Take them out of the oven when a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs—not completely clean.

Cool completely before cutting:
For neat slices and perfect texture, let them cool fully on a wire rack before slicing into squares.

Want extra gooey brownies?
Try underbaking by just 1–2 minutes and refrigerate them before cutting. The texture will be even fudgier!
